Description
This is a hard to find Wide Screen 16/9 Sony BVW-D600W Betacam SP broadcast camera. It a "switchable" camera that allows you to shoot either 16/9 or 4:3. This camera is in excellent condition and last month had the heads replaced. The new heads have only 44 hours of tape run on them. The CCD block is clean with no dead pixels seen at the usual settings of -3 to 9db. This camera comes with a Broadcast quality lens the FUJINON 15x8 internal focus IF lens. It also comes with the quick release bracket to hold the industry standard 15mm rods, and the hand grips that fit on the rods. The package also comes with a Sony quick release plate and a Porta Brace soft carrying case. It also comes with (4) Set up cards for the digital 1000 head of the camera. The battery and monitor shown in the pictures are not included. This camera is perfect for ABC NEWS freelance cameramen, who must now shoot 16/9 standard definition SD for the next year or so.
