Description
THIS AUCTION IS FOR: MAMIYA 645AFD III ZD PRO KIT NEW-UNOPENED Features The 645AFD III’s updated intercommunication protocol MSCE (Mamiya Serial Communication for External), provides increased information transfer between the digital back, lens and camera body, making data transfer faster and more reliable. The Mamiya 645AFD III employs a new, powerful and silent coreless motor that makes auto-focusing faster and quieter than ever before. And a new focusing algorithm provides precise focusing under a wide range of lighting situations. To further improve focusing control, the focusing point is user-selectable and can be positioned in the center, right or left side of the screen or can be set on “auto” to let the camera select focus. To keep up with the demands of professional digital photographers, a new, faster shutter mechanism has been added to the 645AFD III. This strong, reliable shutter can provide 2fps performance and provides a greater number of exposures than previous models. The new ergonomically designed rubber hand grip perfectly positions your hand and provides you with a comfortable, secure hold on the camera. For a clean look and faster handling, the Metering Mode and Exposure Compensation Dials have been removed and these functions are now electronically controlled through the LCD panel on top of the camera. For film use, the new HM402 Roll Film Magazine employs a powerful coreless motor and achieves a winding speed of 2 frames per second when used in conjunction with the 645AFD III. In addition to exposure mode, aperture value, shutter speed, exposure compensation value, bracketing position, metering mode, etc., the focal length of the lens in use can now be imprinted on the film edge. Responding to requests from customers for compatibility with rechargeable batteries, the 645AFD III can now accept nickel-metal hydride AA batteries in addition to alkaline and lithium AA batteries. The 645AFD III also provides photographers with the option to select 2nd curtain flash synchronization for creating unique flash images. Thanks to Mamiya’s continuing open platform policy, in addition to the Mamiya ZD Digital back, the 645AFD III is also compatible with digital backs from other makers such as Leaf and Phase One.
